The Practitioner
I'm Greg. For more than two decades I've been developing my own unique style of massage.
My journey began with years of meditation and spiritual practices, which taught me how to cultivate deep calm and presence. This became the foundation of my work.
Years of dance training also shaped the way I move. I see massage as a living dance — fluid, intuitive, and always in harmony with music and energy.
Intensive long-term study of the human body and mind has taught me to look beyond symptoms and focus on the root causes of tension. This approach allows me to work more effectively and truly help people restore balance.
The Practice
Stillness
Years of meditation came long before the first massage. It is where the calm in the room comes from — I can only bring someone somewhere I go myself.
The Body
Strength, mobility and daily practice, kept up for twenty-five years. The corrections and stretches I show you are the ones I use on my own spine — I do not ask anyone to do what I do not do myself.
Sound
Bowls, frame drum and didgeridoo. Sound carries the body past the point where it stops trying to relax and simply relaxes — and it is what turns a massage into a journey.
"Massage is a living dance — fluid, intuitive, and always in harmony with music and energy."
